Vincent Lewis Price was called home on Wednesday, March 13, 2024. Vincent was born to the union of Jesse Lee Price Sr. and Carrie Mae Price, on September 1, 1963. Vincent was the tenth of eleven children.
Vincent attended Romulus Public Schools and graduated from Romulus Senior High School. He was a member of Mount Olive Baptist Church in Romulus, Michigan and accepted Christ at an early age. He worked for Romulus House and Sky Chef in his early years and later worked for Bay Logisitics.
Vincent enjoyed singing and listening to gospel songs. He also loved to go fishing with his father and brothers. He enjoyed bowling. Vincent was known for the work he did within the community cutting grass. He loved to cook and enjoyed putting on a suit when it was time to go out. At family reunions, Vincent was the family member who had to get his shirts signed by all of the family members. All of his friends called him Vinnie and Butterball.
His parents Carrie Mae Price and Jesse Lee Price Sr. proceeded him in death. He was also proceeded in death by five siblings; Rosa Lea Price, Ida Mae Lenoir, Edward Hames Price, Commodore Price, and Lillian Hatcher.
He is survived by memory; four brothers: Henry Price, Jesse Price Jr. (Jacqueline), Alfred Price (Rosemary), and Anthony Price (Sandra); one sister: Clarrisa Price; brother-in-law Albert Hatcher and sister-in-law Lavon Price, nieces: Tonia Sellers, Michaelle Shepard, Angela Newton, Sonia Marrero, Leontyne Price, Alycia Price, Antoninette Price, Brittany Hampton, Carrie Everette, and Clarisse Sigh, nephews: Marcus Lenoir, Brian Lenoir, Edward Lenoir, Nakia Price, Maurice Hatcher, Anthony Price Jr., Deonte Carter, Commodore Price Jr., Mark Anthony, and a host of great nieces, great nephews, special aunts, uncles, cousins, the Mt. Olive Church Family, and countless friends.
